The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed, and it's clear they cater to international travelers. The breakfast buffet was good with fresh eggs, fruit, pastries, sausages, beans, etc. They will make lovely lattes if you request. I also had sandwiches at the restaurant and wine at the bar. The bartenders were nice and the gym is GREAT! It's huge (though no a/c) but that makes the workout more efficient. It isn't a luxury hotel like Serena or Heaven, but it is fantastic at this price point. It was overall a great experience. There were also a few coffee shops (Question and one other) and restaurants (Chez Yasmine and Heaven) within walking distance.

Everything is printing clean, matching stringent international standards, comfortable and incredibly soundproofed. You cannot hear anything in the other rooms, and can fully enjoy the roomy, airy, extremely well decorated rooms full of amenities. I have tried a room and an executive suite and both delivered incredible value for money. So does the bar and the restaurant... But the main asset of this perfectly located hotel is the staff. Nadège and her colleagues at reception were incredibly helpful, and you cannot fault anyone as their competencies, attention to details, professionalism and kindness are a genuine commitment to customer experience. Truly excellent!

The location is very convenient and the views lovely. I had a room on the 5th Floor and it was very quiet. Room service was very prompt and I was able to modify my order to something not listed in the menu. Housekeeping was very regular. My interactions with all the staff from when I arrived were warm and professional. The front office staff were extremely helpful in assisting me with my various requests. Breakfast was really good as were all the meals I had in the hotel. The restaurant staff were very nice and offered great service with a smile. The gym is well equipped I will definitely stay here again

Good facilities and clean room. Our checkin was seamless even as we arrived before midnight. The room was very comfortable and spacious. A cot was also provided for our 3year old. The buffet had good options with fruits and fresh juice as well. The location is a quiet area and you can easily take a stroll down the streets. The staff were friendly and they also had a takeaway breakfast ready for us very early on our departure day as we had an early flight. The cab drivers attached to the hotel were also very friendly and helpful on our trips about town. Nice place, highly recommended.

The Hotel's facilities are excellent. The room was clean and spacious and the Bed was comfortable with soft pillows. I had a good sleep. The views weren't bad either. The Staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite. The Guest Service Manager Ms Nadege was exceptional. She was very professional and made sure that I had the most comfortable stay. I felt very pampered. I highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson in Kigali. I will surely be visiting you soon again.
